Sandra is a the founding member of Western Care Group and has over 12 years of experience in the area of disability and aged care support services.

Before establishing Western Care Group, Sandra gained invaluable experience with Willowbrae Nursing Home and the Melton City Council providing a wide array of services.

Sandra prides herself on going over and above for her clients exceeding their expectations.

Hayley joined Western Care Group in April 2020 as a Disability Support Worker. While working Hayley completed her Certificate IV in Disability.

Hayley has shown herself to be a motivated, hardworking and compassionate.
